We all know the feeling of waiting for a package to arrive. It sucks. It’s a feeling that’s hard to describe. It’s like this 1st world longing incubated by inner emptiness. Maybe I’m putting too much hype into this single package. Maybe I should casually be going about other day to day activities with the package in the back of my mind, knowing that It’ll arrive eventually. But part of me can’t wait. It’s like trying to fall asleep as a kid on christmas eve. It’s so close! It’s right there, and yet it’s the farthest it’s ever been.

See, I’m sitting in the optimal location. I'm on the living room couch, the leftmost seat, so that I have a view of the streets on either side of the house. That way I can better spot potential delivery’s.

Oh no… a haunting thought just hit me. What if it was already delivered? It could be just sitting in the mailbox right now! But…
