Intention Driven Anomalies are areas of pattern found in quantum random number data. This means that these are the areas hypothesized to be influenced by human thought. So, the intention is in fact in your thoughts like you said, and an Intention Driven Anomaly is a point generated with the aim of discovering the pattern within the random data corresponding to that thought.
